PANJIM: Lokacho Adhar President and political analyst Trajano D’Mello on Saturday lodged a complaint at the Panjim police station demanding that an FIR be filed in the sopo collection scam in the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP)
Trajano demanded that the police should immediately investigate into his complaint, register an FIR and initiate action in the corrupt and illegal practices in the sopo collection scam, which is happening in the capital city for the last few years.
Trajano said that he lodged his complaint following a statement made by former CCP mayor and Councillor Uday Madkaikar and Commissioner Clen Madeira exposing sopo collection scam in the Panjim market.
