Ponda MLA urges to open schools colleges

PONDA: Ponda MLA Ravi Naik on Thursday urged government for starting regular classes in schools and colleges. He cited that some parts of country including Delhi the schools have started offline classes and so Goa Government should follow suit. He claimed that following social distancing classes can be started.  

He said the students have suffered lot and missed their classes due to poor connectivity in the villages. “There are neither towers nor Internet connectivity in some of villages of Goa. The students too are going through boredom as they don’t have school classes or Internet,” said Naik.

Naik also urged to complete vaccination of the students, teachers and professors on priority basis to open the institutions at the earliest.
