PONDA: Students and parents of A J de Almeida High School, Ponda have heaved a sigh of relief at the RTO installed barricades in the middle of the road for the safety of students.
There are Traffic Police and a watch guard deployed at the gates of the school but there is always congestion once the parents enter the town with vehicles to pick up their children.
The barricades were placed by Assistant PSI Mohan Halarnkar, Hawaldar Satish Pille and other officials under the guidance of RTO Police Inspector Krishna Sinari.
