MAPUSA: The Mapusa Municipal Council (MMC) Chief Officer on Friday issued order to seal the illegal premise near Carvalho’s petrol pump.
The outgoing CO had issued order before his transfer to seal the illegal premises on November 1, However due to some technical problems the order was not implemented.
The new CO Sitaram Sawal has now issued fresh order to implement earlier order on November 8.
The Mapusa police have been requested to give police protection to the council staff to seal the premises.
