PONDA: This year, Canacona will host Lokostav 2022 from December 7 to 11, which will feature people’s participation from across the country.
President of India Droupadi Murmu, who will be the chief guest, will inaugurate the festival. Speaking to mediapersons, here, Speaker of Goa Assembly Ramesh Tawadkar said, “The main aim of this festival is not only to display the rich cultural heritage including folk dance but also to explore employment opportunities to locals by exhibiting their home-made products, agricultural produce before the national and international tourists along with folk arts.
