PANJIM: Tourism Minister Manohar Azgaonkar on Wednesday said the government has received a proposal from a Goan businessman to conduct Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festival in Goa next month.
“We have received proposal from Shailesh Shetty to host SDM in Goa. We are examining his proposal,” he said. The proposal is to host the EDM titled ‘Sunburn Classic.’ The venue and festival dates will be finalised once the proposal is approved.
The State did not host a single EDM last year.
