PANJIM: The International Film Festival of India Secretariat has floated a Request for Proposals inviting expression of interest (EoI) from event management companies to host the opening and closing ceremonies and another for the public relations activities for IFFI scheduled to be held in Goa in November this year.
The RFP calls for experienced and reputed event management agencies and reputed PR agencies separately and which will be expected to manage the opening and closing ceremonies, inaugural dinner, directors’ dinner, red carpet, etc.
IFFI will take place in the State from November 20 to 30 and the last day for accepting bids is October 7 at 12.30 pm in New Delhi.
The technical bids will be opened on October 7 at 2.30 pm and evaluated in accordance with the pre qualification on October 8, at 3 pm in New Delhi.
