PANJIM: A matter of imposing COVID related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) turned tense, on Sunday.
Old Goa Police filed an FIR against two persons for allegedly assaulting Old Goa Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) Sudin Redkar after they allegedly refused to pay a fine for not wearing a mask.
However, a counter complaint was also filed against PSI Redkar for allegedly assaulting a man and his minor son for not wearing a mask.
