Raia sarpanch asked to revoke hall NOC

The Manora Vikas Kendra has requested the Sarpanch of Raia to peruse the office records and revoke the NOC issued to the hall proposed to be built by the Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation and take appropriate decision in the interest of local Scheduled Tribes Community.
General secretary of Manora Vikas Kendra Vincy Quadros has said a strong meeting of about 100 people was held at Manora Raia to discuss the construction of a hall by Raia village Panchayat proposed by the Curtorim MLA Alexio Reginaldo Lourenco.
The Kendra pointed out that it will have its own new building in the area, adding that the question of a hall at Manora proposed by the Raia Village Panchayat does not arise as the Manora Vikas Kendra has completed all the formalities to build its own hall.
