VASCO: The Vasco Railway Police on Thursday arrested a man and seized 25 Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) bottles from his possession on the Amravati – Shalimar Express train. The value of seized liquor bottles is Rs 7,200.
The liquor bottles were seized when the police were conducting regular patrolling on the Amravati Express, which was at the Vasco railway station for departure at around 6 am. The police noticed a person standing at the platform in a suspicious manner and when accosted he told the police that he was carrying 25 bottles of IMFL liquor.
