PORVORIM: A local court released a Non-Resident Indian and Yoga instructor of Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), who was accused of raping a 33-year-old German woman in Mandrem in December 2013.
According to sources, the victim German woman had complained to Pernem Police that the accused forcibly had sexual intercourse with her without her consent in Mandrem. Sources further said the accused, who is based in Norway, was arrested at Dabolim airport while he was leaving the State.
