MAPUSA: The alleged rape victim of Tarun Tejpal, the former editor-in-chief of Tehelka, on Tuesday moved an application before the trial court for placing a curtain between her and the accused, during her ongoing cross-examination.
Following the filing of the application, the cross examination has been postponed.
In her application, the alleged victim stated that a curtain is required between her and the accused as Tejpal’s gesture in the court scares her.
