MARGAO: Fatorda police have registered an offence against Remedious Colaco of Arlem for riding his scooter in rash and negligent manner and causing injuries to Antonio Dias aged 47 of Arlem Raia. PI Fatorda Ditendra Naik said that based on the complaint lodged by Antonio Dias, an offence under section 279,337 324 IPC and Section 184 of MV Act has been registered.
According to complaint, Colaco dashed against the complainant at Arlem circle, Fatorda, injuring his left leg and further assaulted the complainant’s brother Jose Dias with chopper on his right palm and fingers thus causing injuries.
