PONDA: Ponda MLA Ravi Naik on Monday denied the rumours that he is quitting the Indian National Congress Party to join BJP.
Speaking at the sidelines of programme held to mark the death anniversary of first Prime Minister of India late Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Naik informed media persons that some unhappy Congressmen in the party were behind the spreading of rumours against him that he is joining the BJP.
He said, “The intentions behind such rumours are that these people fear my leadership.”
