Relocating casinos shocks Narvekar

PANJIM, OCT 4 Aldona legislator Dayanand Narvekar has expressed shock and dismay over the State Cabinet's decision to relocate three off-shore casinos towards Britonna and Salvador do Mondo side of Mandovi river.
