PANJIM: Goa Police has successfully solved theft case of rent-a-car by nabbing the accused after being traced in Bengaluru.
According to information available, Mohammed Nilgi, a resident of Chimbel involved in rent-a-car business, had filed a complained in March that a youth, who had rented his car for three days, had not returned and had disappeared with the vehicle. Rudresh Shivkumar, a native of Bengaluru, had taken on rent the 4-wheeler on March 17 for three days, however, did not return the vehicle as scheduled. A complaint was lodged against him by Mohammed. But the police tracked him down and recovered the car. He has been sent to five days police remand and further investigation is in progress.
