SANGUEM: Uguem panch Marcus Pereira has urged the PWD to repair the damaged pipeline supplying potable water to Cormonem and Funtemoll wards at the earliest.
Representing Ward No 2, Pereira informed that since the last three months the pipeline has been damaged by the side of the internal road leading to Cormonem and needs urgent repairs.
The panch further said that he had approached the PWD officials at Sanguem several times and had informed them on the potable water wastage on a regular basis. However, he claimed that the authorities have neglected his request.
