PANJIM: The status report on vector borne diseases for south Goa indicates 234 cases of malaria.
Teh report also indicates 11 of dengue and 4 of Chikungunya. The report is from May to August 2013.
UHC Margao issued 9906 Health Cards and collected fine of Rs 1.36 lakh. About 70 per cent of the cases detected at UHC Margao were migrant construction workers, most of them near the Fatorda stadium. .
