The corporation has entered into an agreement with M/s Anantara Alpha Hospitality Pvt Ltd for designing, developing, upgrading, financing, managing, marketing, operating and its maintenance at an estimated cost Rs 20 crore.
As per the information shared with media, the project will consist of retaining and renovating the existing five villas of the GTDC, which would contain 60 rooms. The plan also includes face-lift of the hinterland property into a premium wellness eco-friendly destination.
Similarly, a nature education and interpretation centre, high-end restaurant and parking facilities will also be covered on the 13,000 sq mtrs area earmarked for the project.
