PANJIM: Captain of Ports Department has notified that barges complying the various specified requirements are permitted to navigate through the Cumbarjua Canal and under the Banastarim Bridge as a very special case exclusively during broad day light hours only, subject to their strictly adhering the conditions with effect from June 1 till further notice. International Collision Regulations are to be strictly followed.
