The incident occurred when the rickshaw driver was trying to avoid a collision with an oncoming car. Those injured in the accident include Pari Tari, Harsh Tari and Heden Goes, all from Durbhat and Talvalim-Ponda.
In another accident, Ina Lobo (43) and Valini Lobo (14) were injured when their scooter was hit by a rickshaw near Sainagar-Ponda. All the injured in both the accidents were taken to hospital for treatment.
