CANACONA: In a hit-an-run case reported at Bhatpal, Canacona, a rider was injured when the driver of a Delhi registered vehicle dashed against his scooter and fled from the scene.
According to police, 25-year-old Vijay Devkar of New Waddem-Bhatpal, Canacona was proceeding from Bhatpal to his residence at New Waddem. When he reached Bhatpal he saw a silver Wagon-R trying to overtake, the car driver suddenly dashed against his two-wheeler while trying to overtake.
