Poriem: The protection wall and a portion of the road collapsed at Chorla Ghat posing a serious threat to motorists travelling to Belagavi and other villages near the Goa border.
On Monday, Traffic police kept traffic safety cones to alert the motorists to tread cautiously on the road.
