PERNEM: As the much-anticipated festivals of Ganesh Chaturthi and other significant festivals approach in the State, the attention of the community is drawn to a pressing issue – the deplorable state of the road stretching from Deoulwada to Dandoswada. This key transportation artery has fallen into disrepair, causing considerable distress among motorists who have expressed growing concerns about the hazardous conditions and subsequent damage to both vehicles and personal well-being.
The urgent need for remediation has prompted concerned citizens to rally behind an appeal directed towards the Public Works Department (PWD) and the local Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA), Jeet Arolkar. Swaraj Sanstha’s official spokesperson, Adv. Prasad Shahapurkar, emphasized the gravity of the situation, stressing the imperative for immediate road repairs, particularly with Ganesh Chaturthi festivities on the horizon.
