In a major embarrassment to the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP), another road in Tonca, Caranzalem has caved in for the second time within a span of three days.
Part of the sewerage tanker has sunk in, due to the ongoing Smart City Works taken up by the CCP. Although no injuries were reported, the lives of commuters, residents and labourers are at risk.
