MAPUSA: Bardez Deputy Collector Kapil Phadte along with Mamladtar Laxmikant Kuttikar on Tuesday inspected the road posing danger to daily commuters near Binani, Colvale after ZP member Kavita Kandolkar and villagers of Colavle, Revora, Nanora, Thivim and other villages raised the issue.
It is learnt that ongoing work of highway turned the entry point of the road leading to Colvale village, near Binani slippery endagering motorists.
Villagers highlighted that improper levelling ledto many accidents that even claimed lives.
Local villagers claimed that the particular spot has turned into a death trap during the rains with no sign boards and reflectors.
