MARGAO: In view of the opposition to the Road Safety Bill, Transport Minister Sudin Dhavalikar feels that Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari is well-informed of the rules, regulations and needs of the public. As such, he won’t deprive them of their rights.
