MARGAO: Roseferns’ tiatr, including the controversial kantar by Francis De Tuem, was staged peacefully at the Pai Agostinho hall, Margao on Wednesday. Several Intelligence Bureau and CID officials maintained a vigil at the packed hall, where the tiatr was staged from 3.30 pm
to 6 pm.
According to sources, there were talks amongst the people of climbing onstage and protesting if any untoward incident happened during the show.
Meanwhile, tiatrists and the Mickky Pacheco camp have levelled several allegations against each other. The Nuvem MLA’s camp is said to be prepared for a defamation case against Francis de Tuem and has asked for investigations into the alleged gun carried by the tiatrist. However, no case has been filed so far.
Francis, on the other hand, is ready to fight the case, while Advocate Aires Rodrigues has extended support to him.
