MARGAO: Saying that the BJP government has deliberately put the Regional Plan in cold storage to carry out illegal conversions of large tracts of land, Fatorda legislator Vijai Sardesai has said that he is in possession of documents to prove that the government is continuing conversions of large tracts of agricultural, forest and orchard lands in Goa while the Regional Plan was frozen.
