MARGAO: The Road Transport Authority (RTA) committee met on Tuesday and took resolutions to solve the problems regarding road transport in Salcete.
The RTA Committee has resolved not to permit parking of buses on the ring road near Colva circle. It was also resolved to explore the possibility of putting in Kadamba busses in town limits to curtail the monopoly and the load of the private buses. The RTA committee has resolved to disallow the private busses from the ring road. “The buses will be disallowed to park on government land,” said Deputy Collector.
