VASCO: RTO Inspector Elistor Fernandes, attached to Enforcement wing of the transport department, North Goa was reportedly attacked by some agents of rent-a-car near Verna IDC on Thursday night.
According to Verna police when Fernandes was returning home from Panjim, a group of people suspected to be agents of rent-a-car business first followed him and on reaching Verna IDC, they assaulted and abused him.
