MARGAO: Maina-Curtorim police on August 15 registered an offence under section 3(1) (ii) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 against Patrecia Fernandes of Rumdamol, Davorlim and unknown lady from Health office, Curtorim on a complaint from Nagaraj Khale, Rumdamol .
In his complaint Khale has alleged that the accused dumped waste material etc at the entrance door and vehicles of complainant thereby intended to cause injury and annoyance to complainant, who is a member of scheduled castes community.
