PANJIM: Local residents have complained over the rupturing of a water pipeline on the Verna-Margao national highway opposite the Honda Showroom.
Locals complained that the PWD had failed to address the issue even though more than 24 hour had passed and that a lot of water had been wasted.
They point out that this comes at a time when there are already issues of water supply in the area.
They demanded that PWD not only rectify the issue but carry out an inspection of the condition of the pipeline given how frequently the pipeline has been breaking down.
