MARGAO, JAN 15 Bail plea by accused John Fernandes in the Russian woman rape case has once again failed to find favour with the Courts. The South Goa Sessions court on Saturday rejected the bail application filed by the accused, with the Judge saying there's no change of circumstances from the earlier order dated November 12, 2010 passed by the court.
