Power Minister and Curchorem MLA Nilesh Cabral has said that the social fabric is changing and people want to become someone overnight. Nilesh Cabral was seen garlanding an individual who is now accused in the sand mining shootout at Curchorem. When questioned about the photo Cabral admitted that the accused is a BJP worker and he had garlanded him after his mother won the village panchayat elections since he had fielded his mother. He however said he cannot tie up BJP workers.
