PANJIM: The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has appointed Secretary (Revenue) and Divisional Commissioner, Goa, Sandip Jacques, IAS as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa during the current Special Summary Revision of Electoral Roll with effect from January 1, 2023 as the qualifying date.
The Roll Observer will be available for the general public to receive their representations if any on November 29 at 10:30 am in room number 407, Seminar Hall, Matanhy Saldanha Administrative Complex, Fourth Floor, Fatorda.
