PANJIM: The Agasaim Police have booked Saiesh Borkar, brother of Sant Andre MLA Viresh Borkar, and two others for allegedly harassing a woman from Dongri-Azossim.
As per the complaint, the accused abused the woman with filthy words and assaulted her.

The Agasaim Police have registered a case against the accused under Sections 504, 323, 506, 447 and 354 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in this regard.
According to the police, a notice under Section 41(A) was issued to Saiesh Borkar and he appeared before the police. Further investigation is going on, police said.
Meanwhile, some social activists demanded that an inquiry be conducted into the incident and the accused be arrested immediately.
