PANJIM: The NGO Savera on Monday alleged that the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) members are responsible for the escape of children from the State-run protective home, Apna Ghar.
Addressing the media, Savera president Tara Kerkar said that on the morning of October 29, seven children ran away from Apna Ghar but the police found them and placed them back in Apna Ghar.
