PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, along with newly elected North Goa MP Shripad Naik, on Saturday attended the NDA meeting in New Delhi.
Sawant and Naik were accompanied by Deputy CM Manohar Ajgaonkar. The trio attended the NDA meet and congratulated Modi on his thumping victory in the Lok Sabha elections. Sawant is also scheduled to attend Modi’s swearing in ceremony as Prime Minister on May 30.
Speaking to Herald, Sawant said he congratulated the PM and his entire team for the victory. “I along with a few colleagues will attend the swearing in ceremony of Modiji and his new cabinet,” he said.
