PANJIM: Two Goans are among 10 lawyers whose names have been approved by the Supreme Court Collegium for elevation as Judges of the Bombay High Court.
Adv Valmiki Menezes SA and Arun Pednekar are the two Goan lawyers, even as the latter is practicing in the Apex Court in Delhi.
The other lawyers, whose names have been approved as judges are Kishore C Sant, Kamal R Khata, Sharmila U Deshmukh, Sandeep V Marne, Gauri V Godse, Rajesh S Patil, Arif Saleh Doctor and Somasekhar Sundaresan.
