NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday extended stay on the National Green Tribunal’s order in August last year for demolition of a building of Martinho Xavier Fernandes at Arambol, Pernem until the next hearing on September 6.
The Bench of Justices allowed the State government, the GCZMA and Suresh N Pai to file counter affidavits in two weeks.
