PANJIM: The Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety will be on its maiden visit to Goa from Monday, April 25 for ground level check as far as accident related issues are concerned.
During their two-week stay, the committee will visit and inspect all the black spots and check the data provided and the measures taken by the State government to curb road accidents and reduce fatalities.
The committee will hold parleys with the officials of the Department of Transport, Goa Traffic Police, PWD, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Directorate of Health Services and Directorate of Education.
