The complaint states that on Friday night, Jose Francisco Luis drove his mini bus in a rash and negligent manner, endangering human life and when he reached at Tembi Raia junction he dashed a nine-year-old school girl Eva Fernandes who sustained injuries.
Investigations are in progress.
