MARGAO: The Shadow Council for Margao on Monday charged the Margao Municipal Council with an attempt to exploit the ongoing lockdown to bulldoze through a fraudulent tender process worth 2.65 crore.
Through a letter to the Chief Officer of Margao Municipal Council and Director for Municipal Administration, SCM demanded for the cancellation of the Tender Notice No MMC/TECH/G-116/2020-21/3313 dtd 16/4/2020, inviting tenders for the execution of 64 works.
