NEW DELHI: In an ex-parte order, the Supreme Court ordered a status quo, confined to the appeals by Salgaocar Marine Private Limited on a judgment of the western zone of the National Green Tribunal on August 31, 2020.
A Bench of Justices S Abdul Nazeer and Airuddha Bose allowed the appeal and issued notice to the Goa government.
The Supreme Court also tagged it with a civil appeal No 121 of 2021.
