All water sports operators, offshore casinos, cruise vessels, fishing trawlers and barge operators have been asked to remain alert through an urgent noting.
“Have received intelligence inputs from the district Coast Guard that anti-national elements have boarded a (and) apprehended Indian fishing boat in Karachi and likely to land on Indian coast and attack vital installations. All vessels to increase security and report any sighting or untoward movement to concerned authorities,” the letter, a copy of which is exclusively in possession of Herald, reads.
