PANJIM: Shiv Sena MP from Maharashtra and spokesperson Sanjay Raut issued an appeal in favour of Utpal contesting the forthcoming State assembly elections from Panjim constituency.
“If Utpal Parrikar contests as an Independent from Panjim seat, I propose all non-BJP parties including AAP, Congress, TMC, Goa Forward Party should support his candidature and not field a candidate against him. This will be a true tribute to Manohar Bhai!” tweeted Raut.
