Sene activists resolve to hold ‘Goa Chalo’ agitation

BELGAUM: Sri Rame Sene activists have resolved to take out a ‘Goa Chalo’ agitation in case the Parrikar government does not revoke its ban with immediate effect, even as their chief Pramod Muthalik condemned Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar’s statement booking media houses for publishing statements by the Sene arguing that it was suppression of the voice of citizens.

“There will be a state-wide stir against Goa Chief Minister Parrikar, who perhaps has a grudge against our founder Pramodji, who is committed to conserve Hindu culture. However, we will not allow any undemocratic move by him,” a senior SRS activist Parshuram Nadomani, who is spearheading the anti-Parrikar agitation, told Herald.
