MARGAO: Shadow Council for Margao has given an ultimatum to Margao Municipal Council to declare before August 15, 2019 the date when best performing students from individual schools at the SSC examination will be felicitated failing which it threatened to stand with a begging bowl outside the municipal building to collect money from citizens to felicitate the children.
