PANJIM: Students of Sharda Mandir School, Miramar bagged all the three State ranks at the Class X exam of Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) declared on Tuesday, with school scoring 100 percent result.
Agrajah Bhobe topped in Goa with a score of 98.16 percent, while the second rank is bagged by three students- Tarini D’Souza Rebello, Ashwinie Parulekar and Raghavi Marathe scoring 98 percent. Tarini D’Souza ranked third with a score of 97.5 percent.
School informed that total 175 students had appeared for the 10th examination of which 71 students got 90 percent and above and 150 students got distinction. Total 23 secured first class.
As many as 23 students got 100 marks in English Literature, 28 got 100 out of 100 in history. Students have also scored 100 percent marks in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology.
The school has also obtained 100 percent result in class 12th examination with all 42 students clearing it. The school has Arts and Commerce stream.
In Commerce, Evita Quadros stood first with a percentage of 96.6 percent, while Carla Afonso stood second with score of 95.2 percent. The third rank is obtained by Rishika Khemka with 95 percent marks.
For Arts, Sihaam Naik topped with 97.8 percent, Urvi Keni was second with 96.6 percent and Luke Dias ranked third with 96 percent.
As many as 33 secured distinctions while nine obtained First Class.
